RH is seeking a Project Leader
RH is seeking a Project Leader to partner directly with the Sales Team to support and grow the business. This work involves end-to-end project lifecycle management, building strong relationships with the RH Sales Team and customers to advance their projects and ultimately win. This position requires a high level of communication, collaboration, and customer service, as well as strong technical skills.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and lead comprehensive end-to-end project plans that are shared both internally and with clients
- Lead creation of quotes/invoices, and order fulfillment planning through strong communication with Sales, Design, Sourcing, and Logistics Leaders
- Retain loyal customers by building a rapport and developing trust through frequent communication
- Strong collaboration with the Sales Team to achieve sales goals as well as meet forecasted demand and shipped sales goals
- Establish close relationships with partners to continually drive solutions that deliver positive results
- Ensure data accuracy through systems and project-related communications
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum three years project management experience in the Contract (B2B) or related industry
- Excellent client-facing and customer service skills, capable of relating to individuals at all levels
- Possesses initiative, process innovation, problem-solving, and decision-making quality with high attention to precision and accuracy at a task-specific level
- Proficient in multiple systems and spreadsheets, i.e.: CRM/SalesForce, MS Office Suite, Google Sheets
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Fluent in French and the English language, both written and spoken is a plus
