About Civiteq
Civiteq is a specialist consultancy working at the intersection of technology, change and public services. We support organisations delivering complex digital transformation programmes, including major ERP implementations. We help them to design, deliver and embed change that genuinely works for people.
We're known for our collaborative culture, deep subject-matter expertise and practical, people-centred approach to delivery.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Consultant to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced consultants, supporting clients through complex transformation programmes while building your own consulting, project delivery and business change expertise.
Role Objective
As a Consultant at Civiteq, you will support the delivery of digital transformation, organisational change and service improvement projects for clients across the public and private sectors.
You will work closely with clients, stakeholders and project teams to understand challenges, coordinate activities, analyse information, manage project outputs and help deliver successful outcomes. This role offers exposure to a broad range of transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations, business change programmes, service redesign and technology-enabled transformation.
We're looking for individuals with strong potential, excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to build a successful consulting career. Whilst previous experience in project delivery, consulting or transformation is beneficial, we place equal importance on attitude, behaviours and a willingness to learn.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
