About the role
The Project Management Coordinator supports our mandate with a Manchester-based infrastructure partner by maintaining rigorous oversight of workstreams and project documentation. This role ensures that our principals have the clear data they need to provide honest advice on complex governance and strategy problems. It is a fundamental position that bridges the gap between high-level advisory views and the practical mechanics of project delivery in a fully remote setting.
About Arabian Private Holdings
Arabian Private Holdings was founded on the principle that many critical business problems do not fit the traditional large-firm consulting model. A board facing a succession question or a family group weighing a capital injection does not need a team of twelve associates and a hundred-page methodology deck. They need experienced partners who can sit with a problem, form a rigorous view, and defend it. We take on a limited number of mandates to ensure that every client receives direct attention from the principals who are actually accountable for the outcome. Our work covers corporate strategy, governance, and operating model efficiency for some of the most significant family groups, listed corporations, and government entities in the region. We focus on clarity over complexity. Whether we are helping a holding company rationalize its portfolio or supporting a founder through a scaling transition, our goal is to provide honest, independent advice.
What you will do
- Support the project lifecycle for our Manchester-based infrastructure client by tracking key milestones and ensuring documentation is accurate.
- Assist principals in drafting briefings and reports that provide portfolio clarity for complex holding companies.
- Organize and maintain the internal knowledge base for ongoing mandates to ensure information is accessible to the entire remote team.
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation, alerting leadership to potential bottlenecks before they affect delivery.
- Gather and synthesize data to help the team form a view on specific governance or strategy challenges.
- Coordinate remote meetings and workshops, ensuring all participants have the necessary context and materials beforehand.
- Prepare summaries of client feedback and internal decisions to maintain a clear record of project evolution.
- Contribute to the refinement of our operating model by identifying ways to increase the precision of our internal reporting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

How we work
We operate as a remote firm, choosing to prioritize the quality of our analysis and the strength of our relationships over traditional office overhead or aggressive growth targets. Our structure is principal-led, meaning you will work directly with experienced partners rather than being buried in a large hierarchy. Mentoring happens through active participation in high-stakes mandates, where your work is valued for its accuracy and its capacity to support clear decision-making. We value directness: if a project is not a fit for our expertise, we are honest about it, and we expect the same level of intellectual integrity from everyone on the team. This position is 100% remote, allowing us to source talent based on merit and clarity of thought rather than geography.
What the role offers
- A permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary that is attractive for the current market and entry-level seniority.
- Direct exposure to high-level strategy and governance mandates for significant global entities.
- The flexibility and autonomy of a fully remote working arrangement.
- A professional environment where clarity of thought and written precision are valued more than corporate posturing.
- The opportunity to build a career in project coordination within a specialized, principal-led advisory firm.
