We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Executive to support business-critical initiatives and ensure successful project execution across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor business-critical projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely issue resolution.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure project activities comply with organizational policies, quality standards, and timelines.
- Manage project schedules, task assignments, and resource coordination.
- Escalate project challenges when necessary and recommend practical solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all project documentation is up to date.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or business support.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- High attention to detail with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare, medical technology, or life sciences industry.
- Familiarity with project management.
- Project Management certification (CAPM or equivalent) is an added advantage.
