Topia Med Tech UK is a growing medical technology company dedicated to delivering innovative healthcare solutions that improve patient care and operational excellence. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Executive to support business-critical initiatives and ensure successful project execution across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor business-critical projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and performance dashboards.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure project activities comply with organizational policies, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Manage project schedules, task assignments, and resource coordination.
  • Escalate project challenges when necessary and recommend practical solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all project documentation is up to date.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or business support.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare, medical technology, or life sciences industry.
  • Familiarity with project management.
  • Project Management certification (CAPM or equivalent) is an added advantage.
