Project Management Intern
Olive Tree Consulting is looking for a Project Management Intern to support our advisory team. This role is focused on managing the coordination and documentation for a significant engagement with a London-based financial services firm. As a fully remote member of our team, you will help bridge the gap between our strategic advice and the daily tasks required to keep the project on track.
About the Role
This position exists to provide the structural support our advisors and clients need to be effective. Management work often fails because the small things are missed: notes are not taken, owners are not assigned, and priorities are not clearly recorded. You will be the person who prevents these gaps from forming. This is an internship designed for someone who enjoys organizing information and making sure that nothing falls through the cracks while we navigate complex work for a client in the financial sector.
What You Will Do
- Draft concise meeting summaries that focus on decisions made and specific actions required.
- Update project schedules and task lists to keep the advisory team informed of the current status.
- Organize shared digital workspaces and documentation folders so that the team can find information quickly.
- Reach out to client contacts to gather data or follow up on minor outstanding items.
- Assist in building simple progress reports for client leadership meetings.
- Observe client interactions to help identify where management habits are causing friction or delays.
- Help maintain the internal project log that tracks the timeline of our advice and the client responses.

What We Are Looking For
