Want to see how strategic decisions get made in a global organisation?

We're looking for an ambitious and organised student or recent graduate to join the CEO Office at Allianz Partners. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting executive-level projects, transformation initiatives and strategic priorities across a global business.

Working alongside senior leaders, you'll help coordinate key programmes, track delivery against milestones, prepare executive updates and contribute to projects with real business impact. From governance and reporting to stakeholder engagement and project delivery, you'll gain exposure rarely available in a traditional internship.

One of your first priorities will be supporting a major Risk Transformation Programme, while also contributing to wider strategic initiatives across the CEO Office.

What You'll Do

  • Support the planning and delivery of strategic projects and transformation initiatives.
  • Track project actions, milestones and deliverables across executive programmes.
  • Prepare presentations, reports and updates for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate meetings, governance forums and project documentation.
  • Work with teams across the business to gather updates and drive progress.
  • Conduct research, analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
  • Help identify risks, dependencies and opportunities across projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
