About the role

This internship provides the support structure required to manage our active mandates for a Manchester-based infrastructure group. The project requires high coordination between our principals and the client leadership to ensure every milestone is met with precision. As an intern, you will help bridge the gap between initial research and final delivery, ensuring our analysis stays organized and actionable.

About Arabian Private Holdings

Arabian Private Holdings was founded on the principle that many critical business problems do not fit the traditional large-firm consulting model. A board facing a succession question or a family group weighing a capital injection does not need a team of twelve associates and a hundred-page methodology deck. They need experienced partners who can sit with a problem, form a rigorous view, and defend it. Our work covers corporate strategy, governance, and operating model efficiency for some of the most significant family groups, listed corporations, and government entities in the region. We focus on clarity over complexity. Whether we are helping a holding company rationalize its portfolio or supporting a founder through a scaling transition, our goal is to provide honest, independent advice. We operate as a remote firm, choosing to prioritize the quality of our analysis and the strength of our relationships over traditional office overhead or aggressive growth targets. If a project is not a fit for our expertise, we are direct about it. If it is, we stay involved until the decision is made and the results are delivered.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How we work

Our firm operates on a principal-led model where every member of the team is directly accountable for the success of a mandate. We work fully remotely, which allows us to stay focused on high-quality analysis rather than administrative bureaucracy. This independence requires a high degree of self-management and a commitment to clear, written communication. Mentoring happens through active participation in real projects, where interns work alongside principals to see how complex corporate decisions are made and defended. We value honest advice and professional distance, focusing on delivered results rather than billable hours or growth targets.

What the role offers

  • Direct exposure to the strategy and governance of a major infrastructure group.
  • A competitive paid internship that recognizes the value of your contributions to the firm.
  • Hands-on experience in project management within a professional partnership environment.
  • The flexibility of a fully remote role that respects professional autonomy.
  • Opportunities to develop a professional writing style that prioritizes clarity and precision.
  • Practical knowledge of how family groups and listed corporations rationalize their portfolios.
