Liverpool | Hybrid (2 days in office) | Up to £45,000
We're working with a growing insights agency looking for a Project Management Lead to lead and evolve its operations function. This is a senior role with real influence, focused on improving project delivery, processes, resource planning, and operational efficiency as the business continues to grow.
We're open to speaking with mixed methods researchers who enjoy the operational side of research, as well as operations or project management professionals from an agency or insights background looking for their next step.

The role will include:
- Leading the operations function and managing day-to-day delivery
- Overseeing project workflows, resource planning, and delivery standards
- Improving processes, systems, and operational efficiency
- Supporting commercial performance and project profitability
- Managing suppliers and operational challenges
- Driving AI adoption and continuous improvement
- Line managing a small team and supporting their development
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in research operations, project management, or mixed methods research
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- A passion for improving processes and making teams more effective
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities
