PMO Analyst
£200 - £250 per day (Inside IR35)
Fully Remote
Initial 3-Month Contract
We are seeking a Junior PMO Analyst / PMO Analyst to join our consultancy partner on an exciting programme of work. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised PMO professional to support complex project delivery, governance activities, and stakeholder reporting within a fast-paced environment. The role may suit a candidate who has 1-2 years of experience in a Junior PMO analyst position or alternatively someone with a little more experience who is keen to work fully from home.
Working remotely, you will play a key role in ensuring effective programme governance, performance tracking, and project coordination across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support programme governance activities, including steering committees, workstream forums, and decision-making processes.
- Maintain programme plans, milestone tracking, and delivery roadmaps.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and actions, ensuring timely escalation where required.
- Produce high-quality management information and programme reporting for senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate activities across multiple teams and workstreams to keep delivery on track.
- Support financial tracking, resource management, and programme performance reporting.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and governance forums, documenting actions, decisions, and outcomes.
- Drive consistency and best practice across project management and PMO processes.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working as a PMO Analyst within complex programmes or transformation environments.
- Strong understanding of programme governance, reporting, and project controls.
- Experience managing RAID logs, milestone tracking, and delivery reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Experience supporting financial tracking, resource planning, and performance reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
