PMO Analyst / PMO Lead | Sheffield, UK (Hybrid Work)

Experienced PMO professional to support large-scale IT and business transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive project governance, planning, and reporting
  • Manage RAID logs, project schedules, budgets, and resource tracking
  • Create executive dashboards, status reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate steering committees and governance forums
  • Monitor risks, issues, and change requests
  • Support portfolio reporting and project prioritisation
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

  • Experience in PMO / Project Coordination / Project Management
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models
  • Experience with project financials, governance, and reporting
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Jira/Confluence
  • PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile certifications are a plus
