Are you an organised, analytical and proactive individual looking for an opportunity to develop your skills within a global organisation?

We're looking for a Project Management Trainee to join our UK Change & Transformation team, supporting the delivery of high-profile business, regulatory and strategic initiatives across the organisation. This role is based on the responsibilities outlined in the original Job Description.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or junior professional to gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced Project Managers, learning the fundamentals of project delivery while contributing to real business change.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee, you'll support a variety of projects from inception through to delivery, gaining exposure to all aspects of the project lifecycle.

You'll help with:

  • Project planning and coordination.
  • Research, analysis and information gathering.
  • Governance, reporting and project documentation.
  • Stakeholder communication and meeting coordination.
  • Tracking project actions, risks and milestones.
  • Budget monitoring and project reporting.
  • Supporting workshops, presentations and project updates.
  • Continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities.

Working closely with experienced project professionals, you'll develop practical skills in project management, business change and stakeholder engagement.

You may be a graduate, have completed an internship, or have some junior experience within a project, business support or administrative environment.

  • A genuine interest in Project Management and Change.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Confidence working with data and information.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.

Desirable

  • Experience working on projects, whether through employment, internships, placements or academic studies.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of project management principles or methodologies.
