About the Role

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team based in Stratford.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead specialist trenchless rehabilitation projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of trenchless rehabilitation projects from award through to completion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, operational teams, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare project programmes and coordinate works with client and contractor schedules.
  • Plan labour, plant, equipment, and material requirements to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Monitor project costs, budgets, revenue forecasting, and financial performance.
  • Review and approve supplier invoices, customer applications, and project documentation.
  • Attend client meetings, pre-start meetings, and site inspections.
  • Support site teams by providing operational guidance and resolving project challenges.
  • Ensure all projects comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within agreed timescales and budgets.
  • Review daily reports, timesheets, and site documentation to maintain accurate project records.
  • Work closely with senior management on major equipment procurement and resource planning.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or equivalent industry experience (preferred).
  • Proven experience managing CIPP, trenchless rehabilitation, manhole coating, or drainage infrastructure projects.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites across the UK, including occasional overnight stays where required.

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • SMSTS and CSCS Managers Card.
  • Experience delivering CIPP lining, drainage rehabilitation, or utility infrastructure projects.
