Our Project Delivery Team delivers high-quality audio-visual solutions for clients across Music, Film & TV, Sporting, and corporate sectors. At Creative Technology London, we’re seeking passionate individuals with deep industry knowledge and project management experience.
About the Role
In this hands-on role, you’ll shape client-specific AV solutions while overseeing planning, resource allocation, cost control, and on-site delivery. Your proactive approach will bridge client needs with high-standard execution, ensuring seamless operations and future engagement. This is a customer-facing, operational role requiring strong organisational skills, technical expertise, and a focus on safety and team leadership.

Primary Objectives
- Be the central point of contact for clients, managing consultative discussions and delivering commercial proposals
- Generate accurate, detailed quotations aligned with company targets
- Oversee high-quality project delivery with a commitment to client satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Management, Sales & Business Development to align business goals
- Develop project timelines, cost estimates, schedules & risk assessments
- Allocate equipment, crew and contractors while negotiating resources
- Update company CRM with client data, invoices & project documentation
- Monitor budgets, profitability & margins while confirming revenue targets
- Conduct onsite project management, ensuring safety for contract & in-house staff
- Support ISO audits and maintain internal process compliance
- Provide emergency/repair callouts for operational flexibility
- Travel to UK & international projects as required

Qualifications & Experience
Technical & Specialised
- Expertise in Live AV equipment (Displays, LED, Audio, Video, Lighting)
- Basic rigging & lighting fundamentals knowledge
- Understanding of project management lifecycle
Personal & Practical Competencies
- High-pressure tolerance with attention to detail
- Adept at dealing with stakeholders & suppliers
- Excellent IT/CRM management (Microsoft Office)
- Sound judgement in client relationship-handling
- Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel
