The Role
Ogilvy seeks a Project Manager to drive global creative campaigns by managing execution from concept to completion. This role is ideal for a highly organised, proactive peer who thrives on collaboration, excellence, and cross-functional teamwork.

As the operational backbone, you’ll:
- Execute flawlessly—Coordinate teams, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality output on time and within budget.
- Act as a bridge—Link cross-functional teams, local market partners, and stakeholders while maintaining seamless collaboration.
- Champion quality—Oversee asset flow, consolidate feedback, and uphold agency standards at every stage.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the timeline: Develop, track, and update project plans for multi-market campaigns, ensuring all milestones (from briefing to delivery) are met.
- Serve as the central hub: Manage contacts with local market teams, localising assets, and resolving coordination challenges.
- Master workflows: Ensure systematic tracking, routing, and delivery of creative assets with strict adherence to agency protocols and client specifications.
- Facilitate feedback: Streamline internal and client reviews, consolidating feedback into actionable tasks for design, creative, and PR teams.
- Embrace new tools: Adopt AI and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Teams, MS Project) to optimise efficiency and improve team connectivity.
Key Skills
- Project Management Expertise: Proven ability in resource allocation, budgeting, and reporting.
- Communication Clarity: Confidence leading team discussions and presenting complex project updates to both team and clients.
- Attention to Detail: Dedication to precision across all deliverables, from revisions to documentation succession tracking.
- Problem-Solving Orientation: A natural driver to resolve challenges and navigate uncertainty with creativity, adaptability, and execution speed.
- Tool Proficiency: Skilled in digital project management tools and open to leveraging AI for productivity gains.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- 2+ years of Project Coordination or Junior Project Management experience in fast-paced creative, advertising, or marketing agencies.
- Demonstrated success in cross-market or regional project coordination, particularly within campaign-focused PR or creative delivery.
- Experience with creative campaign logistics, asset handling, and timely stakeholder collaboration.
- Met focus on organization, collaboration, and through-cycle project oversight.
- Eagerness to accelerate your career while contributing to a collaborative, industry-leading team.
