About The Role

The successful delivery of Projects is a key requirement for the growth of the company and its ability to deliver its strategic plan. This role is Project Management and practical “hands on support” to manage the development and execution of commercial projects and business transformation change plans in an agile, fast-paced environment, working closely with the commercial team, clients, suppliers, operational and all shared services departments within Addison Lee.

Reporting Lines

This role reports to Head of Project Management

Main Accountabilities

  • Project Management: Management of strategic projects across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, supporting business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Sales Enablement & CRM Enhancement: Manage projects to optimise CRM platforms, sales processes, and customer engagement tools, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and go-to-market strategies.
  • Change Management & Adoption: Lead change activities including business readiness, process improvement, training, and communications to maximise user adoption and project success.
  • Project Scope & Requirements Management: Work with sponsors and stakeholders to define project requirements, business cases, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy.
  • Project Delivery & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and success measures, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
  • Business Process Improvement: Identify and deliver opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance through process optimisation and technology adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate resources and activities across multiple teams and departments to deliver successful project outcomes and support wider business transformation initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment of priorities, and successful project outcomes.
  • Performance & Benefits Realisation: Establish and monitor project KPIs, benefits, and success metrics to track progress and demonstrate value delivered.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and ways of working to support business objectives.

Requirements

  • Must have 3+ years of Project Management or Change Management in a commercial environment, evidenced.
  • Recognised project management accreditation (Prince2, MSP, MoP, PMP, APM)
  • Proven experience in managing complex and nuanced commercial or transformation projects in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Some experience in delivering CRM systems projects, including system implementation, migration, integration, and optimisation. (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshsales)
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing at senior levels.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and project management tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working under pressure, self-motivated, and a problem-solver.
