About us:

Wifinity was founded in 2007 to solve a problem - our armed forces were struggling with reliable connectivity. While living in barracks, often in remote locations, ordering a landline and booking in an engineer just wasn’t an option.

And that problem isn’t exclusive to the military, either. Students living in University accommodation, families visiting holiday resorts, or living in shared accommodation and retirement communities.

Conventional home broadband doesn’t always work for them.

Wifinity is different. We offer the same benefits as traditional broadband, such as super-fast speeds, WiFi, and secure and private networks, but none of the downsides. We even offer Pay As You Go and flexible contracts, so customers only pay for what they need without hefty penalties or long contract terms.

We take the complexity out of connectivity.

The opportunity:

The Project Manager is imperative in delivering large complex implementations for our Customers. This is a busy, fast-paced role that you can really make your own with the opportunity to implement real change.

We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a high-paced environment and is able to deliver to tight timescales through innovative and organized methods.

Key areas of focus:

Joining our Implementation teams, you will be responsible for working across multiple projects from beginning to end within the agreed timescale.

You will work with various stakeholders across the business to deliver customer-driven projects independently or as part of a wider programme to time, cost, and quality criteria.

Your day-to-day role will consist of the following responsibilities, and you may be required to carry out further responsibilities at the company's discretion:

  • To ensure projects are delivered safely in accordance with Health & Safety legislation, policies, contractual specifications and obligations and manuals;
  • Owner of the “Implementation Project” from design and commercial governance approvals through to service transition into ‘In Life’ Operations. You will have multiple projects to manage simultaneously. Projects can be new builds, retrofits, or upgrades and service improvements of existing sites across many sectors including military/defence, public sector, specialist accommodation, or leisure sites;
  • To work with the client relationship managers throughout delivery to ensure the client has regularly visibility on status and early warning of any challenges that may prevent delivering in accordance with the order form or contract expectations;
  • To ensure resources (both internal and external) are arranged to implement the solution on schedule, sourcing quotes where necessary and ensuring statement of works are in place that are in line with the design and customer requirements for the project;
  • To ensure hardware (and materials where necessary) are procured and available to site in accordance with the project plan;
  • To ensure all aspects of the solution and services are implemented as per the contractual specifications;
  • To identify, log and regularly review risks that would impact project time, budget or quality and be accountable for mitigation strategies where appropriate;
  • To ensure all projects undergo a Lessons Learned review; and to participate actively in forums designed to drive standardization of best practice, process and procedure.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
