The Innovation and Delivery team are looking to recruit an additional Project Manager within their team.

Reporting to the Assurance and Service Improvement Manager, you will lead high and medium-risk projects that support the improvement of Adult Social Care services. Working with Council services, NHS partners and care providers, the successful candidate will manage projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget and to a high standard.

The role requires strong project and change management expertise, including business case development, stakeholder engagement, risk and benefits management, and adherence to governance processes.

We are seeking a project management professional with a recognised qualification or equivalent experience, proven success in delivering complex projects, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a passion for driving positive change that improves outcomes for Plymouth residents.
