👀 The Role
Title: Project Manager
Location: Remote within the UK
Salary: £60,000–£75,000 base
We’re looking for a Project Manager to help drive delivery of high impact, cross functional initiatives at Midnite. You’ll partner closely with the Chief of Staff, founders, senior stakeholders, and teams across the business to bring clarity, pace, and predictability to complex projects.
Your first major focus will be supporting our new country launch, a business critical project involving multiple work streams across Engineering, Product, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing. Beyond that, you’ll help build the operating rhythm for future large-scale launches, geographic expansions, and internal improvement projects as Midnite continues to grow.

You will:
- Coordinate and manage PMO work streams across complex, high impact business projects.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and project teams to identify owners, dependencies, risks, milestones, and next actions.
- Monitor progress across work streams, proactively flagging risks and protecting delivery timelines.
- Help unblock teams by clarifying ownership, chasing inputs, escalating decisions, and providing hands-on support where needed.
- Curate and maintain governance materials, including steering committee packs, progress updates, action logs, dashboards, and RAID / risk registers.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and drive diligent follow-ups to sustain delivery momentum.
- Translate on-the-ground findings into clear, succinct updates tailored for senior stakeholders.
- Find efficient, modern ways to track project health and capture updates, including using Notion, dashboards, AI tools, or lightweight automation.
The next Midniter:
- Has 1–3 years’ experience in project management, PMO, management consulting, business transformation, or a comparable delivery-focused role.
- Has supported complex projects with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and work streams.
- Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to bring structure to ambiguity.
- Is proactive and autonomous, able to drive results within a lean, fast-moving environment.
- Is resilient and relationship-led, with the ability to build trust and influence without formal authority.
- Can distil complex updates into succinct, actionable, high-impact written communication.
- Is collaborative and hands-on, able to pivot between project-level priorities and day-to-day coordination.
- Is comfortable using modern collaboration tools; Notion and AI / automation tooling experience is strongly preferred.
- Nice to have: country launch exposure; online gambling, gaming, fintech, regulated D2C, or other regulated industry experience; experience supporting founders / senior leadership; Prince2, PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification.
