Key Responsibilities

  • Team-based project execution: Work alongside colleagues on cladding projects valued up to £500k.
  • Project delivery: Ensure all projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordination & leadership: Manage site teams, subcontractors, and project schedules.
  • Project scope: Lead cladding, remediation, and maintenance projects (£10k – £500k value).

Requirements

✔ Experience: Some Project Management or related experience is essential. ✔ Industry Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specifications (cladding experience is a major plus but not mandatory). ✔ Commercial & Residential Sector: Strong track record in commercial and residential construction packages. ✔ Location: Must be within commuting distance of Ilford.
