Project Manager
Location: Glossop, Derbyshire
Salary: £50- 60 per annum DOE
Jack Badger is seeking an established and experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-value bespoke joinery projects from concept through to manufacture, installation, and completion.
This position is suited to an accomplished project management professional with a proven track record of delivering complex projects within bespoke joinery, construction, interior fit-out, specialist manufacturing, or a closely related industry.
The role requires someone who is confident taking ownership of projects from initial design through to final handover, balancing commercial priorities, programme delivery, and exceptional client service throughout.
- Working across multiple projects simultaneously, the Project Manager will take full responsibility for project delivery, coordinating internal teams while managing relationships with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and specialist suppliers.
- The role also includes the leadership, line management, and development of members of the project team, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing culture.

This is a pivotal role requiring outstanding organisation, commercial awareness, and the ability to lead projects and people with confidence, professionalism, and sound judgement.
Applicants must have a thorough understanding of the lifecycle of bespoke manufacturing and installation projects, together with the ability to identify risks early, solve problems proactively, and maintain momentum throughout.
