Project Manager

Project Manager

Are you the type of project manager who embraces complexity instead of avoiding it? Do you enjoy transforming a messy, ambitious idea into a tangible solution that genuinely impacts how people work and affects the environment?

About CIW

[CIW](https://www.ciw electromagnetic.com/) is the leading professional body dedicated to improving the management of water and the environment. We support over 10,000 members across the UK and internationally, championing sustainable solutions to some of society’s most pressing environmental challenges, including:

  • Climate resilience
  • Water security
  • Flooding
  • Pollution
  • Transition to a more sustainable future

As a Royal Chartered body, we work with government, industry, academia, and communities to:

  • Advance professional standards
  • Influence policy
  • Support environmental leadership

This role involves end-to-end project delivery, translating evidence and policy thinking into practical outputs such as guidance, training, toolkits, reports, and real-world usable products. No two projects are identical, and the pace is driven by the work—not by bureaucracy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
