Project Manager - Client Systems Deployments
We are looking for a project manager - client systems deployments. This role will drive the successful delivery of ERP system deployments across our customer base. This role will ensure the implementation and deployment of standalone and integrated ERP systems to time, quality and budget to deliver enhanced operational effectiveness across our customer base.

We support over 400 organisations worldwide, including Fire, Police, NHS and Local Authorities. Our products are used to train and manage over 300,000 first responders and public sector, health, and social care staff each year.
These products include:
- Software: ERP software tools and training, and simulation software. Including an HR and availability system, Learning management system (LMS) technology, training tools, competence management software tools, asset management, audit and risk prevention and management software solutions and VR simulation platforms
- Services: Support services, training, onboarding and consultancy and advice, customer-focused policies and processes.
- Content: e-learning content, 3D asset library, authoring tools and 3D content services
- Innovation: Product roadmap developments, upgrades and patches, proof of concept developments
The Group are located across the UK and in the Netherlands with offices in Farnborough, Stanstead, Southam, Edinburgh and Delft.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex system deployments across multiple customer departments and stakeholder groups.
- Use appropriate project management methodologies and standards to control and successfully manage system deployments.
- Develop and manage programme plans, budgets, risk registers, and resource allocations.
- Establish and maintain programme governance, reporting structures, and assurance processes.
- Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high-quality, timely outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, cybersecurity standards, and data protection regulations.
- Drive change management and user adoption strategies across the customer base as needed.
- Provide regular updates and briefings to managers and project boards.
Essential Technical Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable experience managing system and platform deployments in customer organisations and complex multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong knowledge of public sector operations, ideally within emergency services or critical infrastructure.
- Proficiency in project and programme management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP, Agile).
- Experience of enterprise systems integration, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
- Understanding of data governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
Required Soft Skills
- Communication: Clear, confident communicator with the ability to tailor messages to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects to TQB and deliver the contractual outputs agreed.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in building trust, managing expectations, and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Problem Solving: Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
- Good operational planning: Able to align project delivery with customer goals and plan phased deliveries as needed.
- Conflict Resolution: Capable of managing and navigating scope changes and maintaining positive working relationships.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, quality, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Desirable Qualifications/ Experience
- PRINCE2, PMP, or MSP certification
- ITIL Foundation or Practitioner
- Experience in emergency services or public safety organisations
- Familiarity with GIS, CAD, or other emergency response technologies
- Microsoft Project experience
- Microsoft planner experience
Additional Information
- This role may require occasional travel to operational sites across the UK and other customer sites.
- Security clearance may be required.
