We are seeking a Project Manager to join a high-profile utilities programme supporting Transport for London’s (TfL) commercial property portfolio.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a strategically important portfolio of infrastructure projects, managing the delivery of new and existing utility connections and diversion works across London.
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of the successful delivery of utility projects across water, gas, and power networks. You will be responsible for managing programmes, coordinating delivery partners, and ensuring projects progress effectively from planning through to completion.

Working closely with TfL, utility providers, and wider project teams, you will provide strong leadership, maintain effective communication, and ensure project objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of new utility connections and diversion projects across London
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project programmes to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate with utility providers including major network operators and delivery partners
- Manage stakeholder relationships across client, contractor, and consultant teams
- Take ownership of project risks, issues, and progress reporting
- Provide oversight of project delivery, ensuring quality, cost, and programme objectives are achieved
- Work within NEC contract environments, supporting effective project governance and controls

About You:
This role would suit an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in utilities, infrastructure, or major construction projects.
- Experience managing utility infrastructure projects
- A strong understanding of NEC contracts, particularly Option A and Option C
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to manage projects independently and drive successful outcomes
