Project Manager - Job Description
We’re seeking a Project Manager to join us at mccglc, a creative agency based in Shoreditch, London.
The Project Manager role is an essential one within mccglc, we are looking for a methodical, proactive worker with an eye for detail and a can-do, solution-oriented approach. This self-motivated candidate will be working across multiple projects collaborating with all our departments. They will have a passion for excellence and a drive to ensure our projects are delivered to the highest standard.

Your job role and responsibilities:
- The project management of exhibition builds and installations from concept to handling all aspects of on-site supervision, primarily in the pharmaceutical industry.
- The project management of content including print and digital
- Handling projects through every stage, from receiving a brief to delivery of the final concept onsite, including:
- Budget creation and management
- Timeline creation & management
- Manage resources, including personnel, vendors, and budgets.
- Being the client and supplier’s main point of contact on the day to day
- Being the key person to communicate changes between the creative studio and the client.
- Management of content, whether this be print (booth walls, flyer handouts, banners) or digital (touchscreens, LED screens, adverts).
- Attending weekly/biweekly calls with the client stakeholders to ensure all requests are managed and met
- Work closely with seniors within the team to ensure project and client delivery consistency

You will report directly to the Head of Project Management ensuring that they are kept fully informed of progress in each project.
Your key skills:
- At least 1.5 years experience in a project management role in a creative agency delivering exhibition booths (pharmaceutical and tech industry are a plus)
- Experience with liaising with suppliers (construction, AV and content) to ensure seamless communication and planning
- Excellent personnel and time management skills
- Experience working with budgets from $250,000+
- Experience using Google Drive Suite, Microsoft Office and time management and budget software
- Cool-headed and able to work effectively and efficiently to tight deadlines and inspire others to do so
- Initial experience in client-facing situations and have the ability to interpret their needs
- The ability to problem solve and predict problems with assigned tasks
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Fluency in spoken and written English and have the right to work in the UK
