Construction Project Manager
Permanent | Central Southern England | Projects up to £15m
Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager looking to lead complex industrial projects from concept through to completion? We're recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a growing business delivering capital projects across industrial processing facilities. Managing projects worth up to £15m, you'll take ownership of the full project lifecycle—from design and procurement through to construction, commissioning and handover.
The Role
- Lead the delivery of multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Oversee procurement, budgets, programmes and project reporting.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

About You
- You'll have experience delivering construction projects within industrial, infrastructure, process or heavy engineering environments, along with strong commercial, planning and contract management skills.
- You'll be confident leading teams, managing stakeholders and driving projects through every stage of delivery.
- A construction-related degree or professional qualification is essential, with a civil engineering background preferred, along with the flexibility to travel to project sites across the UK.
