This role goes beyond traditional project management. We’re looking for someone who will become an integral part of how our agency operates—someone with a passion for improving processes, solving problems, and shaping our future delivery.
About the Role
Our Project Managers are at the heart of everything we do.
You’ll own multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring our creative, digital, and strategy teams have the support they need to produce outstanding client results. You’ll balance commercial acumen with meticulous organisation, keeping projects on-schedule, within budget, and profitable, while maintaining strong client relationships.
Beyond project delivery, you’ll collaborate with our Head of Finance & Operations and leadership team to enhance agency workflows, resource efficiency, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Manage projects end-to-end, from briefing to successful delivery.
- Develop clear project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive outstanding client outcomes.
- Track project progress and ensure transparent, accurate reporting.
Client Relationship Management
- Build trusted, collaborative relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout every project.
- Lead project meetings and communicate progress clearly and confidently.
- Align expectations with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to add value and drive client growth.
Resource Planning & Team Coordination
- Allocate workloads efficiently across the agency.
- Balance capacity to maximise productivity and minimise bottlenecks.
- Proactively resolve resource challenges as they arise.
Commercial Management
- Oversee project budgets, profitability, and team utilisation.
- Manage scope changes and commercial requests.
- Work with Finance to ensure projects remain commercially viable.
- Contribute to forecasting and revenue planning.
Agency Operations
- Improve processes with data-driven insights and efficiency gains.
- Support adoption of new systems, automation, and AI tools in project management.
- Share innovative ideas to enhance operational workflows.

Systems & Reporting
- Maintain up-to-date project data in Scoro.
- Manage schedules, resources, and financial details.
- Generate performance reports and key operational metrics.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a highly organised, commercially savvy professional with strong people skills.
Ideal Candidate:
✔ Experience managing creative, digital, or marketing agency projects. ✔ Exceptional planning and organisational skills. ✔ Outstanding communication (both written and verbal). ✔ Confidence interacting directly with clients at all stages. ✔ A proactive problem-solving mindset. ✔ Resilience—ability to remain calm under pressure. ✔ Experience with project management software (Scoro, Monday.com, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, etc.). ✔ Passion for continuous improvement, embracing smart workflows. ✔ Comfort analysing data to inform decision-making.
