About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will:
- Lead the successful delivery of multiple projects from planning to completion
- Collaborate closely with Client Managers to ensure satisfaction and strong relationships
- Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines for financial and operational success
- Allocate and manage resources efficiently across projects
- Ensure adherence to the highest quality standards and compliance with legal and contractual requirements
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes proactively
- Promote continuous improvement and evolve project management methodologies
- Support and develop your team through effective leadership and line management
- Champion the use of internal systems and tools to enhance project delivery and reporting
- Conduct regular project reviews and implement lessons learned
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
- Drive stakeholder engagement via clear, consistent communication and reporting
- Align project outcomes with client objectives and business strategy

Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in project management
- Experience in leading teams
- Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft products
- Good numeracy and financial understanding
- High levels of organisation, precision, and attention to detail
- A problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to challenges
