About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead the successful delivery of multiple projects from planning to completion
  • Collaborate closely with Client Managers to ensure satisfaction and strong relationships
  • Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines for financial and operational success
  • Allocate and manage resources efficiently across projects
  • Ensure adherence to the highest quality standards and compliance with legal and contractual requirements
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes proactively
  • Promote continuous improvement and evolve project management methodologies
  • Support and develop your team through effective leadership and line management
  • Champion the use of internal systems and tools to enhance project delivery and reporting
  • Conduct regular project reviews and implement lessons learned
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
  • Drive stakeholder engagement via clear, consistent communication and reporting
  • Align project outcomes with client objectives and business strategy

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in project management
  • Experience in leading teams
  • Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft products
  • Good numeracy and financial understanding
  • High levels of organisation, precision, and attention to detail
  • A problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to challenges
