Project Manager (All levels)

Location: Edinburgh / Central Scotland

Start Now: Up to £65,000 per annum + excellent benefits


Turner Property Recruitment are proud to partner with a leading global construction and property consultancy to recruit a Project Manager for their long-term capital investment programme.

This unique opportunity comes with the chance to join a collaborative Building Surveying team, delivering a diverse portfolio of projects, including refurbishment, infrastructure and estate improvements, all in a client-facing environment.

The role involves overseeing projects from inception to completion, working closely with stakeholders and contractors to ensure successful delivery.


The Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple capital projects across an operational estate in Scotland, including:

  • Managing projects through the full project lifecycle
  • Administering and delivering projects under NEC contracts
  • Coordinating consultants, contractors and client stakeholders
  • Managing programme, cost, quality and risk
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
  • Reporting progress and providing professional project management advice

About You

We welcome applicants from various backgrounds, including consultancy, client-side or contractor organisations.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Project management experience within the built environment
  • Experience delivering refurbishment, CAPEX or estate improvement projects
  • A strong understanding of NEC contracts
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A relevant construction qualification (e.g., APM, RICS, CIOB or equivalent) – highly desirable
