Heat Smart Solutions Ltd

Heat Smart Solutions Ltd is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the end-to-end delivery of domestic renewable energy projects, including Solar PV, Battery Storage and Air Source Heat Pumps.

The ideal candidate should have relevant industry experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with customers, field teams, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate domestic renewable energy projects from survey to installation, compliance, certification, and handover.
  • Coordinate with customers, installers, and field teams for scheduling and project updates.
  • Review surveys, EPRs, heat loss reports, and project documents.
  • Support Solar PV and ASHP project planning, including knowledge of Solar PV design tools and ASHP design requirements.
  • Liaise with suppliers for material arrangements.
  • Support compliance, documentation, and project delivery requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years and 6 months’ project management experience.
  • Minimum 8+ years’ overall work experience.
  • Hands-on experience in domestic renewable energy project delivery.
  • Knowledge of Solar PV, Battery Storage, and ASHP installations.
  • Good understanding of EPRs, heat loss surveys/reports, and compliance work.
  • Experience or knowledge of Solar PV design tools and ASHP design.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in ECO4 project delivery will be an advantage.
  • Basic company project delivery processes will be briefed, but relevant industry experience is required.
