SG Padel is the UK Official Distributor for MejorSet Premium Padel Courts, providing high-quality Padel solutions across diverse sporting environments. MejorSet are the leading Padel court manufacturer, the official courts partner of Premier Padel including London P1 this August, and FIP official competitions.
As one of the UK's leading Padel solutions providers, SG Padel supports clients from initial concept through to completed installation.
The company oversees the full project lifecycle, including architectural drawings, planning, construction, and installation of MejorSet Padel courts. SG Padel focuses on delivering reliable, end-to-end services to clients seeking world-class Padel facilities.
Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Project Manager role based in the United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. The Project Manager will oversee Padel court projects from planning through to construction and installation, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Coordinating project timelines
- Managing stakeholders
- Supervising contractors and suppliers
- Monitoring progress on site
- Addressing issues
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements
- Handling documentation, reporting, and communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality control within construction or infrastructure projects.
- Competence in Logistics Management, including managing suppliers, deliveries, and site operations.
- Proven experience managing construction or installation projects, ideally within sports or leisure facilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site presence with remote coordination.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant qualification in project management, engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
