A nationally recognised building contractor with a network of offices across the UK. They operate across multiple sectors within the public sector including healthcare, education, leisure and custodial sectors.
PROJECT
An upcoming circa £30m prison scheme for the MOJ in Hampshire which will start on site in early 2027 and complete in 2029

As the Project Manager you will be the lead on the project delivering the scheme through the final stages of pre-construction onto site in early 2027. Once on site you would head up a team of Site Managers and act as the main client interface. You would have the support of a commercial team, planner and design manager. Ultimately you are responsible for the delivery of the project ensuring the scheme sticks to programme, design, quality and H&S deliverables.
