Project Manager - HR & COO Platforms Team
As a Project Manager within the HR & Chief Operations Office (COO) Platforms team, you will lead the delivery of a diverse range of initiatives that support colleagues across HR, Procurement and other COO enabled functions. You will be responsible for planning and delivering projects from initiation through to implementation, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in line with required business outcomes.
Working with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, suppliers, and business representatives, you will coordinate a broad range of activities, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear reporting through governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a diverse range of initiatives that support colleagues across HR, Procurement, and other COO enabled functions.
- Plan and deliver projects from initiation through to implementation.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in line with required business outcomes.
- Coordinate a broad range of activities, manage risks and dependencies.
- Provide clear reporting through governance.

For this job you'll be located at our nearest regional office or hub. There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration and in some locations you’ll be expected to spend at least two days a week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, in the office.
