Freelance Project Manager – £20m Industrial Project – Warrington Area
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £20 million industrial construction project in the Warrington area. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering large-scale industrial or manufacturing developments safely, on programme and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the project.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors and the client throughout the construction phase.
- Oversee programme, cost, quality and health & safety performance.
- Chair progress meetings and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
- Drive project performance to achieve programme and commercial objectives.

Requirements
- Significant experience delivering projects valued at £15m+.
- Main contractor background preferred.
- Strong leadership, planning and client-facing skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
- Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and project delivery.
