Project Manager – Energy Performance & Decarbonisation Projects

Location: Role available in the North and South

Lead projects that are shaping the UK's journey to Net Zero.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Energy Services team, delivering complex Energy Performance Contract (EPC) and decarbonisation projects from concept through to completion.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of high-value mechanical and electrical engineering projects that make a genuine difference, helping some of the UK's largest healthcare and public sector organisations reduce carbon emissions, improve energy efficiency and future-proof their estates.

The Role

As Project Manager, you'll take full responsibility for delivering projects throughout the entire lifecycle—from Investment Grade Audit (IGA), design and procurement through construction, commissioning and final handover.

Working alongside Project Engineers, Commercial Managers, Planners and Construction Managers, you'll lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
