Project Manager

Skipton International

Full time Ref: 20261180 Opened: 09/07/2026 Closes: 31/07/2026

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and delivery-focused Project Manager to join our Change function, supporting high-impact transformation initiatives across Skipton International. This role sits within the Project Office and reports to the Senior Manager, Change, with responsibility for leading multiple project workstreams and line managing a team.

As a Project Manager, you will drive the successful delivery of change across one of our core pillars: Risk, Regulatory, Optimisation & Growth, or Finance as well as a key horizontal capability such as Technology (CRM or Core Banking), Customer Journeys, Change Prioritisation, Artificial Intelligence, or Quality Assurance.

You will operate within a hybrid delivery environment, utilising Agile (including release trains) and traditional waterfall methodologies where appropriate. The role is essential in ensuring change is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements, while enabling the organisation to modernise, scale, and enhance both customer and colleague experiences.

Key Accountabilities

Project Delivery & Governance

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of change initiatives aligned to strategic priorities and the wider Change Portfolio
  • Plan and execute projects using Agile, release train, or waterfall methodologies
  • Maintain strong governance, including RAID management, reporting, and audit readiness
  • Ensure all projects meet internal controls, documentation standards, and regulatory expectations

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
