Following continued growth and major contract wins, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our expanding Programme Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead technically complex engineering projects from concept through to customer delivery, working alongside highly skilled engineering, manufacturing and commercial teams.

The Role
Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you'll take responsibility for planning, coordinating and delivering multiple engineering projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you'll provide clear leadership throughout the product lifecycle whilst managing project risks, schedules, resources and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineering projects throughout the full product lifecycle
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and milestones
- Deliver projects to agreed scope, budget, quality and timescales
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Quality
- Identify, manage and mitigate project risks and issues
- Produce regular project reports, dashboards and performance metrics
- Support customer meetings, programme reviews and technical discussions
- Assist with project budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure effective communication across all project teams

About You
We're looking for a proactive and organised Project Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced engineering environment and has excellent planning and stakeholder management skills.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience managing engineering, manufacturing or technology projects
- Experience leading cross-functional project teams
- Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills
- Knowledge of recognised project management methodologies
- Experience using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira or similar
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Desirable
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Science or a related discipline
- APMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualification
- Experience within the Space, Defence, Satellite Communications or Electronics sectors
- An appreciation of RF, microwave or electronic technologies
