Are you the right candidate for this opportunity
Structured Network Technology Ltd (SNT)
Following SNT’s successful award of a major government tender, we’re expanding our delivery team and looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the mobilisation and delivery of secure telecommunications and passive infrastructure works across government and Defence environments. The right person will have an essential understanding of ECRs, relevant JSP installation guidelines and SCIDA requirements, with a formal SCIDA qualification considered desirable.
About The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join SNT at a key stage of growth, working on nationally important infrastructure projects across secure, operational and geographically dispersed sites.
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of assigned work packages from survey and scope development through to planning, delivery, commercial control, assurance and handover.
The role would suit a confident project professional with experience in telecommunications, structured cabling, fibre infrastructure, secure network installation or a similar technical delivery environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and delivering SNT work packages under the awarded programme, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client, technical, commercial and security requirements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
