Project Manager
Project Manager – ERP and SaaS Implementation

About the Role
Due to continued growth, increasing customer demand, and an expanding portfolio of ERP and SaaS implementation projects, we’re looking to add another Project Manager to our delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity to:
- Work on high-impact transformation projects with well-known mid-market and enterprise customers

Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end delivery for ERP and SaaS implementation projects, working with mid-market and enterprise customers. This is a hands-on role requiring the management of multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading full lifecycle delivery of ERP and SaaS projects (Sage X3, Intacct, CloudDocs)
- Managing multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity
- Defining scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track and within scope
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong, trusted relationships
- Running key project ceremonies, such as:
- Kick-offs
- Status updates
- Risk reviews
- Go-live planning
- Managing risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations effectively
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure delivery readiness and alignment
- Maintaining high-quality project documentation (plans, UAT, go-live readiness)
- Driving continuous improvement and contributing to scalable, repeatable delivery practices
Requirements
Knowledge & Experience
You’ll need:
- 3–5 years’ experience managing software implementation projects (SaaS or ERP)
- Experience delivering multiple concurrent projects (typically 4–8 at a time)
- Strong stakeholder management across both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience delivering cross-functional projects
- Familiarity with ERP systems, finance systems, or AP/payment workflows (desirable)
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet
