Project Manager – Software Delivery

About the Role

We're working for a leading organisation looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a busy Project Delivery team responsible for delivering complex software solutions to customers.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the successful implementation of a market-leading software platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

The Project Delivery team is focused on providing effective project governance, standardised processes, and collaborative support across the business to ensure successful project outcomes.

You'll be joining a motivated and supportive team that values continuous improvement, professional development, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex software implementation projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans in collaboration with project managers, business analysts, solution architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers to review project progress, manage expectations, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
  • Monitor project delivery activities using established project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Identify, manage, and control project changes throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Support commercial activities by contributing to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) where required.
  • Travel occasionally to customer sites as project needs dictate.
  • Be flexible to work outside standard business hours when required to support project delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
