About the role… As a Project Manager, supporting the Avove Ireland account, you’ll be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects. You will co-ordinate the day to day running of all on-site activities in line with the specific framework requirements. This is a full-time permanent role and will be based at our Newry office with regular attendance to sites along with working from home typically one day a week. What will your day look like… • Oversee project delivery and financial performance, identifying risks early and implementing corrective actions. • Plan, coordinate, and supervise programmes of work, ensuring compliance with contracts and timely progress monitoring. • Lead, coach, and support teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient outcomes. • Promote and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, including temporary works oversight. • Manage scope, design acceptance, risk management, and quality assurance processes in line with framework requirements. • Build strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and excellent customer experience. • Handle change control, cost management, procurement, and contractual obligations to keep projects on time and within budget. • Capture lessons learned, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and training requirements. About you… • Proven experience managing the full project life cycle, from initiation to delivery. • Strong organisational skills to co-ordinate day-to-day on-site activities. • Skilled in risk management with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively. • Track record of delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. • Confident leader with experience managing both internal teams and supply chain partners. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and local authorities.
