Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Scotland, United Kingdom. The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of operational and improvement projects across the practices, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include:

The role involves collaborating closely with clinical and administrative teams, documenting requirements, preparing status reports, and supporting change management and process optimization. The Project Manager will also help standardize procedures, monitor outcomes, and drive initiatives that enhance patient experience and practice efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at different levels.
- Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, or change management.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Comfort working in a healthcare or dental environment, or strong interest in the sector.
- Proficiency with common project management tools and basic data analysis (e.g., tracking KPIs, reporting).
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines.
- Relevant qualification in project management, business, healthcare management, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are an advantage.
