Project Manager
Location: Cheltenham or Manchester (3–4 days per week on site)
Contract: Inside IR35 Duration: 12 months+ Start: ASAP Hours: 30–37.5 hours per week Rate: £65–£85 per hour Security Clearance: DV level required
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our clients' SIG division, delivering high-profile projects embedded within major client programmes. This is an excellent opportunity to:
- Lead complex projects
- Work with diverse stakeholder groups
- Drive digital transformation and innovative delivery
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing projects from initiation through to completion
- Ensuring delivery to agreed time, cost, and quality standards
- Collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams
- Leading project delivery
- Managing risks and budgets
- Building strong stakeholder relationships across multiple locations

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across complex programmes
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and change
- Lead and motivate project teams, including distributed and Agile teams
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Deliver high-quality project reporting and financial forecasting
- Ensure projects are delivered:
- On time
- Within budget
- To the highest standards

About You
You'll have:
Required Experiences & Qualifications
- Current DV Security Clearance
- APMP or PRINCE2 qualification
- Experience leading projects through the full project lifecycle
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing project finances, forecasting, and risk
Highly Desirable
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience using project management tools and best practices
