Renumeration Indicator: Competitive salary plus company vehicle, pension, and private healthcare. Remuneration for this role is benchmarked competitively within the Infrastructure and energy sector, and sits within our D2 band, reflecting the seniority and scope of the position.
The Opportunity
Join us as an ICP Project Manager and play a key role in delivering ICP and EV infrastructure projects, overseeing on-site construction activities, supporting surveying works, and acting as the vital link between site delivery, design teams, subcontractors, and project management to ensure safe, compliant, and successful project outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver safe, compliant, and commercially successful ICP and EV construction projects by leading day-to-day site operations in line with programme, quality, and budget requirements.
- Drive project performance by developing and managing detailed construction phase plans, including programmes, resource allocation, subcontractors, and delivery strategies.
- Strengthen safety and quality outcomes by embedding robust health and safety practices, ensuring full compliance with regulations, permits, and internal standards.
- Improve delivery certainty by coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure timely availability of resources and efficient site execution.
- Ensure right-first-time delivery by carrying out quality assurance checks, managing inspection and test plans, and resolving issues before they impact programme or cost.
- Enhance stakeholder confidence by acting as the main delivery-level point of contact, providing clear updates, proactive communication, and effective issue resolution.
- Lead high-performing site teams by providing direction, support, and leadership to drive productivity, accountability, and continuous improvement on site.
- Maintain strong commercial and technical control through accurate project documentation, change management, and a clear understanding of construction methods, NERS processes, and industry standards.
