Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee a complex construction and infrastructure project within the airside and landside environments of a busy international airport. The role requires a strong understanding of aviation operations, regulatory compliance, and construction delivery in live, operational airport settings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the project within operational airport environments (airside and landside).
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality assurance to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Liaise with airport authorities, airlines, stakeholders, and contractors to coordinate works and minimise operational disruption.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations, security protocols, and health & safety standards.
  • Oversee procurement, contract negotiation, and management of design consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Prepare and deliver project progress reports, risk registers, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, planning, and operations teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and change controls.
  • Champion sustainability, digital construction tools (e.g. BIM), and innovation within project delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
