We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Solar team and take ownership of the successful delivery of commercial Solar PV projects from contract handover through to completion.
You'll work alongside customers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering sustainable energy solutions across the UK.

What you'll be doing:
- Managing the full lifecycle of commercial Solar PV projects.
- Planning and coordinating project programmes, budgets and resources.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout delivery.
- Coordinating technical reviews, site surveys and project documentation.
- Managing DNO applications and planning requirements.
- Overseeing contractors and installation partners.
- Ensuring projects meet health and safety, quality and compliance standards.
- Managing commissioning, client handover and project close-out.
- Monitoring project performance and supporting commercial reporting.

What we're looking for:
- Experience managing commercial construction, electrical or renewable energy projects.
- Excellent organisational and project planning skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer communication abilities.
- Good commercial awareness and budget management experience.
- Knowledge of CDM Regulations and health and safety requirements.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
