About the Role

We are currently delivering a major Billing Transformation Programme, introducing a new enterprise billing platform to replace our existing system. Alongside this transformation, we must continue to support and maintain our current platform, ensuring continuity and accuracy while carefully managing complex and business-critical data, processes, and structures. This creates a unique opportunity to be part of a high-impact programme, helping to protect and evolve our billing capability while transitioning to a modern, future-ready solution.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and delivery-focused Project Manager to join CNS in Southampton and play a key role in the successful delivery of the Billing Transformation Programme. This role sits at the centre of programme execution, leading critical workstreams focused on system integration and data migration to ensure delivery against scope, timelines, and quality standards.

  • Lead the delivery of integration and migration workstreams within the Billing Transformation Programme.
  • Develop and manage detailed workstream plans, including milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with the overall programme timeline and sequencing.
  • Coordinate system integration activities across legacy systems, terminal operating systems, and the new billing platform.
  • Oversee data migration planning, execution, and validation, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
  • Track progress against plans, proactively identifying risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Provide clear status reporting and updates to the Programme Manager, ensuring visibility of delivery progress.
  • Ensure timely escalation of blockers impacting delivery.
  • Coordinate activities across IT, QA, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure aligned delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to resolve integration and migration challenges.
  • Support planning and coordination of system integration testing (SIT) and UAT activities.
  • Ensure defects and issues are tracked, prioritised, and resolved effectively.
  • Support cutover planning and ensure readiness for go-live.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes, tools, and programme execution practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
