We're looking for a Project Manager to join us to initially deliver a £20M commercial refurbishment project in Falkirk.
Location: Site Based with some hybrid flexibility
Hours: 42.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
This is an excellent opportunity to oversee a £20M+ refurbishment of a commercial premises in Falkirk, delivering a modern, energy-efficient space for the Department of Work and Pensions. You'll be instrumental in guiding this significant project from start to finish, working with a collaborative team and building strong relationships with our client and stakeholders.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Project Manager, you'll be working within the construction delivery team, supporting them in achieving operational and commercial goals whilst maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Your day-to-day will include:

- Leading and overseeing project delivery, ensuring completion on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Managing and mentoring site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure programme requirements are met
- Acting as the main client point of contact, building excellent working relationships and identifying future opportunities
- Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies across all project activities
- Collaborating with the commercial team to monitor financial performance and produce regular progress reports
What are we looking for?
This role of Project Manager is great for you if:
- You have proven experience managing high-value construction projects within a main contracting environment
- You're confident leading multidisciplinary teams and building strong stakeholder relationships
- You have a relevant construction qualification (HND/Degree or equivalent) and membership with a professional body such as CIOB or ICE
- You hold essential certifications including SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid, and a driving licence
- You have strong communication skills and experience working with NEC and JCT contract conditions
