Project Manager – Claims (Delivery-Focused) at Verisk Claims Solutions

About the Role
Verisk Claims Solutions is a leading provider of data, analytics, and technology solutions to the global insurance industry, empowering insurers, loss adjusters, contractors, and claims professionals to make faster, more informed decisions through industry-leading property estimating, claims, and pricing solutions.
We’re seeking a **delivery-focused Project Manager to join our Claims UK team. This role is perfect for those with solid project management experience who enjoy owning delivery end-to-end, keeping projects on track while collaborating closely with technical teams and business stakeholders. You’ll drive complex projects that support Verisk’s products and services, ensuring timely delivery and high-standard outcomes.
Responsibilities
Key Deliverables
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to completion, taking clear ownership of timelines, outcomes, and stakeholders
- Define project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables aligned with business objectives
- Manage day-to-day execution, track progress, and proactively address risks and deviations
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and on-time progression
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources with a practical, hands-on approach
- Identify and mitigate risks to minimise impacts on project success
- Provide clear progress updates on key milestones
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the business

Requirements
Essential Criteria
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally with a relevant certification (e.g., PRINCE2)
- Ability to translated stakeholder expectations into detailed project plans
- Proven ability to deliver projects end-to-end with a focus on execution and tangible outcomes
- Experience in a technology, IT, or software delivery environment
- Confident in multi-tasking and managing competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder management—build credibility quickly and demonstrate assertiveness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organisation, planning, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery
- Solution-focused approach when evaluating risks and challenges
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent certification
- Agile or hybrid delivery experience (e.g., Scrum, Waterfall adaptations)
- Familiarity with ITIL or structured service delivery frameworks
