We offer a supportive and engaging workplace culture alongside opportunities for career progression, learning and development, and cross-functional collaboration with experienced colleagues across multiple disciplines.

Employees also have opportunities to attend industry events, exhibitions and networking festivals where appropriate, supporting collaboration with both colleagues and global partners across the iGaming sector.

The Role

As a Project Manager working from our Brighton office, you’ll take full ownership of delivering key initiatives across our platforms and products, driving projects from initial concept through to launch and post-release. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Development, QA, Operations, Compliance and Commercial stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery at every stage.

We are looking for a proactive individual who is highly organised and confident taking the lead in a fast-moving environment. You’ll be someone who keeps projects moving forward and brings energy and positivity to the teams around you. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as you’ll be collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and helping foster a motivated, delivery-focused culture.

In this role, you’ll manage multiple concurrent projects while overseeing timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and priorities. Using a blend of structured project management and Agile methodologies, you’ll help teams deliver efficiently without compromising on quality. You’ll also contribute to improving internal processes and ways of working, as the business continues to scale and evolve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively plan and coordinate project timelines, resources, budgets and priorities to ensure smooth and efficient delivery
  • Lead multiple concurrent projects within a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and delivery
  • Apply a balanced approach that combines structured project management practices with Agile delivery methodologies, to support effective and adaptable ways of working
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted and engaging point of contact
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure projects remain on track and deliverables are achieved successfully
  • Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and performance, proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions before they impact delivery
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reporting, and administration to ensure visibility, organisation, and accountability across all stages of delivery
  • Provide regular updates on project progress and manage project escalations to the Product Director and Senior Management Team, escalating where appropriate
  • Improve project delivery processes and bring in best practices to support continuous improvement across the business
  • Bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and positive energy to project delivery, helping foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
