Project Manager – Product Development Integration & Launch

Wolverhampton ¦ Global Product Development ¦ Manufacturing & Engineering ¦ Permanent ¦ Full Time

Bring products to life. Bridge design and manufacturing.

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our Global Product Development team, leading the successful integration and launch of new products within our Wolverhampton manufacturing facility.

This is a critical role acting as the bridge between Industrial Design and Manufacturing, ensuring new products move seamlessly from concept through to full-scale production. You’ll lead end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring products are launched on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

If you enjoy working at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and project delivery — and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment — this role offers real impact and visibility.

What You Will Be Responsible For

You’ll lead the coordination and delivery of new product introduction (NPI), ensuring alignment across design, engineering, and manufacturing.

Project Delivery & New Product Introduction

  • Leading and managing multiple new product projects across the full lifecycle
  • Planning, directing, and coordinating activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Providing project management and manufacturing input throughout all stages of product development

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Integration

  • Acting as the key liaison between Manufacturing and Product Development teams
  • Leading cross-functional activities including Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Tooling, and Operations
  • Supporting plant operations to ensure successful product integration and launch

Manufacturing, Engineering & Cost Analysis

  • Applying manufacturing and statistical methods to assess requirements, capability, and cost
  • Analysing production times, staffing requirements, and manufacturing capabilities to support decision-making
  • Working with suppliers and vendors to define product specifications and ensure quality standards are met

Continuous Improvement & Engineering Excellence

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
